The estate has a Fibre network that delivers Internet, landline phone, TV and Radio to your home. It’s a great facility, only available to about 10% of the UK (in early 2020).
The network is built by Fibre-options, and the service is provided by Pure Fibre. They’re parts of the same company.
TV and Radio signals come from an aerial on the Super Sustainable Centre. They don’t rely on the Internet access.
In most homes in the UK, the Internet is accessed over a phone line. Here, it’s the other way round. The phones are provided over the Internet. So if the Internet is down, then so are the phones.
