Thanks to one of our residents, Radu Chirvasuta, who has spotted and photographed a very handsome newt on Holly Close. We’ve checked with Froglife, who have identified it as a Smooth Newt and have also recorded the sighting. There’s a photo of the newt (taken by Radu) in the new LotsOn, which is currently at the printers – should be with residents by the end of the month.
